Position Summary:
Montessori Kids Universe Orlando is seeking a passionate and nurturing Toddler Montessori Lead Guide to lead our classroom for children ages 18 months to 3 years. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated educator to guide young children through some of their most important developmental milestones using the Montessori philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a warm, respectful, and enriching Montessori environment for toddlers.

• Provide individualized attention and guidance based on the unique needs of each child.

• Promote independence, practical life skills, and social-emotional development.

• Partner with parents through regular communication, conferences, and updates.

• Collaborate with assistants and school leadership to ensure a consistent and caring environment.

• Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and well-prepared daily.
