About the Role:
TGSV Enterprises, Inc. is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join our growing team. We have multiple openings across a range of exciting projects, including commercial ground-up developments and healthcare construction projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing commercial ground-up and/or healthcare construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and on-site operations.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and project efficiency.
- Willingness to work on projects located in the Upper Keys (for healthcare assignments).
