About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
