Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses (RNs/LPNs) to join our home health care team in the Vero Beach and Sebastian areas. Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in the comfort of their homes. A key responsibility of this role is performing bath visits and ensuring our patients' hygiene and dignity are prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled home visits to provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform bath visits with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient health, report changes, and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care needs.
Requirements:
- Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Previous home health or direct patient care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and adaptable to diverse patient needs.
Compensation:
