This opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support a retail and long-term care setting in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves efficiently distributing medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers while ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate information delivery about medications.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (8 hours)This structured weekday schedule supports a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
• Provide clear information to customers about medication use.
• Maintain excellent customer service and uphold pharmacy standards.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician License.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is ideal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
