Job Specification – Research Assistant/Phlebotomist (PRN)
 
Role: Research Assistant/Phlebotomist
Location: Miami, FL (site-based)
Status: PRN (as needed)
Openings: 4 positions
Start Date: Immediate
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Site operates 24/7; flexibility to work weekends is preferred
 
Travel: None
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support clinical research activities under site leadership.</li>
<li>Perform phlebotomy, collect biological samples, and conduct vital signs and ECGs.</li>
<li>Accurately document study procedures in compliance with GCP guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant clinical environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to support study execution.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in medical terminology.</li>
<li>Certified Medical Assistant (MA) or Phlebotomy certification required.</li>
<li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.</li>
<li>GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification required.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.</li>
