This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's passionate about driving occupancy and delivering exceptional student experiences. Located directly across the street from Florida International University, this stable property offers the right candidate the autonomy to oversee all aspects of operations, financials, and team leadership. Backed by a top 20 owner in the student housing sector, you'll have the resources and support to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a 500+ bed student housing property
- Lead and support a team of approximately 10 full-time and part-time staff members
- Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
- Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy
- Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Assistant and Leasing Managers with student housing experience will also be considered
