An opportunity is available for experienced Oncology Pharmacists to join a distinguished hospital system known for its excellence in oncology care and innovation. This role is based in South Florida and offers a contract-to-hire position supporting and expanding oncology pharmacy services in a leading healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians, research teams, and clinical staff to manage oncology pharmacotherapy and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Support oncology order verification, chemotherapy management, and contribute to clinical workflow optimization.
  • Manage investigational drugs and support oncology clinical trials, ensuring strict compliance with research protocols as applicable.
  • Play an integral role in interdisciplinary patient care and contribute to oncology service growth initiatives.

Desired Experience:

  • Strong oncology pharmacy experience within a hospital or health-system setting is mandatory.
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification is highly preferred but not required.
  • Prior oncology research experience is advantageous, particularly for research-focused roles.
  • Proficiency with Epic Beacon or similar oncology order management systems is desirable for clinical pharmacist positions.
