You Are:

• A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on.

You Have:

• Experience with the installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar)
• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020 (Not remote/hybrid)
• Our Projects (Your Work): Luxury homes in the surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:

• Install, wire, and commission window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades,
• Integrate with home automation systems
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts
• Diagnose and repair field-related issues
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications
• Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.
• Work closely with all parties to maintain job site coordination and workflow.
• Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments
• Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestronetc.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems

HEDSouth's Contribution to You:

• $30/hr to $45/hr ($62k to $94k/yr) – Yup!
