Hospitality Team Management experience is required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
2 years of experience in management/hospitality required; kava knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right individual.
Regional Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and all locations.
- Oversee operations of each location.
- The ability to coordinate the growth of seven different locations.
- Host weekly meetings for the management team.
- Willing to help grow company structures and policies.
Qualifications
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Financial experience; forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis.
- Hospitality experience is a must.
- Experience hiring, interviewing, and training employees.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
- Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant 365 is a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Organizational
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers, employees, executive leadership, event vendors, and hosts
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
- Polished eye for detail and extreme attention to cleanliness and organization
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
Availability
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attend bi-weekly management meetings at Kava Culture HQ (Cape Coral)
