Job Description

WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S.

We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential! The pay rate is $17 per hour. This is a part-time position.

A typical day at one of our fitness front desks…

As an NFC Amenity Spa Desk Coordinator, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Front Desk Associates are the “heart" of the operation. After warmly welcoming the guests, you will ensure they receive an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the fitness center until the time they leave.

Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents and guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

  • You will ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with all team members, management, and guests.
  • Warmly welcome members, residents, and guests as they enter the facility, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Efficiently handle check-ins, including verifying memberships, IDs, and processing payments for services.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, class schedules, and other inquiries.
  • Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
  • Address guests' concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the display of marketing materials and literature.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to effectively assist guests.
  • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
