Position Summary
Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. is a commercial HVAC company seeking experienced HVAC Duct Installers / Mechanics to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation of fiberglass ductwork, sheet metal, and piping, as well as assisting with equipment startup and service on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Install fiberglass duct systems, sheet metal ductwork, and HVAC piping
- Assist with equipment startup and system commissioning
- Perform installation work on commercial HVAC projects
- Read and follow blueprints, job specifications, and project plans
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, company quality expectations, and code requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience with fiberglass duct, sheet metal, and piping installation
- Must provide own tools required for HVAC installation work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be clean, professional, and reliable
- English-speaking (required)
