Full-time, Maintenance Technician position available at an apartment community in Deerfield Beach, FL. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and maintenance skills.

The Apartment Community is approximately 200 units. APARTMENT COMMUNITY- NO PETS
 
Qualifications for this position include:

<li>5+ years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE</li>
<li>Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies a must</li>
<li>AC required</li>
<li>Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments</li>
<li>On-call share</li>
<li>Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical</li>
<li>Quality assurance programs</li>
<li>Computer-savvy, helpful</li>
<li>Honest, loyal,attention to detail and maintenance skills and reliable</li>
