Elder Law Attorney
Location: Clearwater, FL | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Elder Law Attorney to join a well-established and growing law firm in the Venice area. This full-time role offers an excellent career trajectory, including benefits, performance bonuses, and the potential for future equity and firm management within 3–5 years for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in elder law and related transactional matters, with the ability to provide compassionate, detail-oriented legal services to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

Handle trust administration and probate matters with efficiency and attention to detail

Advise clients on Medicaid planning, asset protection, and other elder law issues

Conduct real estate transactions related to estate and trust administration

Collaborate with clients and their families to provide guidance on all aspects of elder law and estate planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and client communication
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active and in good standing with The Florida Bar

3+ years of experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, or trust administration (transactional focus)

Experience with real estate transactions is a plus

Excellent communication, client-relations, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
