Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in sports cards, collectibles, or retail sales. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting day-to-day shop operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance

Answer questions about sports cards, collectibles, pricing, and products

Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Buy, sell, and trade products according to shop guidelines (training provided)

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Restock shelves, price inventory, and organize displays

Assist with inventory counts, product receiving, and merchandising

Handle cash and card transactions responsibly

Support store events such as trade nights, releases, or promotions

Enforce shop policies and maintain a positive customer experience
Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Interest in sports cards, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
