Position Overview
Were seeking an experienced Part-Time Residential Epoxy Flooring Installer to help execute high-quality residential coating projects. This is not an entry-level role. Youll be responsible for hands-on installation workfrom surface prep to final topcoatwhile maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Perform full installation process for residential floor coatings (grinding, repairs, epoxy application, flakes, polyaspartic topcoats)
- Maintain strict quality control throughout each stage of the project
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized job site
- Represent Carbon Concrete Coatings with reliability, integrity, and pride in workmanship
What Were Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience installing epoxy, flake, and/or polyaspartic coating systems
- Strong attention to detailgood enough is not acceptable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
- Professional, dependable, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship
- Physical capability to grind concrete, lift materials, and perform installation tasks
