- This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, real mentorship, and a structured pathway into a full-time real estate career.
About the Role
As a Showing Agent, you’ll be the in-person guide for buyers as they tour homes throughout the Orlando area. You’ll work closely with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and gain real-world exposure to what it takes to succeed in real estate — all while building your confidence and skill set.
This is more than a support role — it’s a launchpad into a long-term real estate career.

Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one
- Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics
- Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences
- Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience
- Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role
Qualifications:
Who You Are
- Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role
- Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication
- Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida
- Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it!
