We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across five wireless retail stores in the West Palm Beach area. The District Manager will lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 5 wireless retail locations.
- Lead and motivate Store Managers to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory to drive consistent results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement promotional strategies and improve productivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of multi-store management experience in wireless or retail sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
- Must be flexible to travel between stores within the district.
