Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Paint Distributor to join our&nbsp;team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales store.&nbsp; You must have previous experience/knowledge of the paint industry.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to&nbsp;ensure optimal&nbsp;efficiency</li>
<li>Train and evaluate employees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track&nbsp;monthly results and trends for business forecasting</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer complaints&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in retail, customer service, must have knowledge of the Paint Industry</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced&nbsp;environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Must be able to work 1/2 days on Saturdays</li>
</ul>
Must be able to pass a National Background check
Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm Saturdays 8am to 12p&nbsp; Paid every Friday $21 per hour
