ChildNet, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit community-based care (CBC) agency servicing Broward and Palm Beach County. We are contracted with the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, to provide case management support to abused, abandoned, and neglected children. ChildNet is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and employs over 500 staff at its location in Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida.
Job Summary: This position conducts monitoring and data analysis of systems across the region, manages compliance requirements and recommends and supports strategies for systemic improvement.

- Works with Service Coordination leadership to identify areas of improvement, create quality monitoring projects, gather resources and manages and tracks the progress to support ChildNet's short and long-range service quality objectives.
- Conduct system wide data analysis and report on findings to promote understanding of current performance and drive implementation of changes.
- Analyze data and practices that cause decreased service quality in external providers and recommend and support corrective measures to increase service quality.
- Conduct research and draft reports, fact sheets, evaluations, conclusions, notices and other documentation for presentation to executive management.
- Analyze risk and investigate compliance/ethics issues as related to an actual and/or potential violation or suspected violation of a regulation, policy, rule, or procedure.
- Provide independent review and evaluation to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within external providers are evaluated, investigated, and remediation plan developed.
- Provide follow up to previously issued performance improvement plans to determine organization effectiveness at addressing compliance issues to improve future compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
Years of Experience:
- Five (5) years of post-graduate experience in Social Services or Quality Assurance
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health
Abilities Required:
- Ability to make complex decisions and balance the needs of stakeholders involved
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite programs.
- Ability to be sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
