Project Field Supervisor - New Construction HVAC
Spectrum AC is a well-established HVAC contractor with over 20 years of experience supporting high-volume new construction and commercial projects. With a strong project backlog and consistent year-round work, we are adding a Project Field Supervisor to lead crews, oversee installs, and take ownership of jobsite execution.
This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC foreman or lead installer ready for more authority, stability, and long-term growth.

About the Role
As the Project Field Supervisor, you will lead new construction HVAC projects from rough-in through final. You will be the primary field leader responsible for crew performance, install quality, scheduling coordination, and jobsite standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on project success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise HVAC crews on new construction projects

Oversee installations from rough-in to completion

Ensure work meets company standards, code requirements, and timelines

Coordinate with builders, contractors, and internal teams

Train and support installers and junior team members

Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and organization

Serve as the main field point of accountability for assigned projects
What We're Looking For

5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in new construction

Prior experience as a foreman, lead installer, or field supervisor

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable managing crews and multiple job sites
