We are a premier specialty contractor known for delivering elite exterior finishes on landmark commercial projects, and are expanding its scope into interior drywall and framing packages. We're seeking a Lead Estimator with deep expertise in both interior and exterior scopes to help drive this strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- As Lead Estimator, you'll be instrumental in winning work and shaping project execution by:
- Preparing detailed estimates for stucco, EIFS, drywall, framing, and related scopes.
- Reviewing architectural plans and specifications to develop accurate bids.
- Collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure competitive proposals.
- Identifying cost efficiencies, risk factors, and value engineering opportunities.
- Supporting business development efforts as we expand into new markets and scopes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience estimating interior drywall/framing and exterior stucco/EIFS packages.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
- Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
