Project Coordinator (Construction) – Full-Time or Part-Time -- up to $58k
A growing West Palm Beach Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates who thrive in a family-legacy culture with high employee retention.
Key Requirements
- Construction Experience (Required): Minimum 1–3 years working with a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
- Software Proficiency: Must have experience using Procore for project management.
- Credential: Must be a Notary Public (or willing/able to obtain immediately).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Documentation: Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Financial Administration: Oversee project billing, AIA sign-offs, and lien waivers.
- Project Lifecycle: Coordinate job close-out documents and ensure final submittals meet client requirements.
- Coordination: Facilitate daily workflows for Project Managers and vendors to keep schedules on track.
- Reporting: Maintain site status reports and attend weekly client meetings.
