At RiteScreen, America’s leading window and patio door screen manufacturer, we believe teamwork enhances quality and precision. We need a Production Stream Supervisor who thrives on improvement and has a knack for mechanical leadership.

Your Mission:

• Lead and optimize daily operations, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Supervise and inspire a skilled and high-achieving team.
• Implement Lean methodologies to enhance plant efficiency; execute and support improvement events.
• Oversee daily schedules, staff assignments, and production metrics, ensuring targets are consistently met.
• Manage payroll tasks via ADP and coordinate work schedules.
• Partner with HR to hire and integrate new talent effectively.
• Cultivate leadership potential within your team through coaching and mentoring.
• Communicate across all levels, from floor staff to management, with clarity and confidence.
• Take charge of performance metrics reporting and liaise on results using software like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Host plant tours, embodying pride and professionalism.
• Prioritize safety through leading meetings, training sessions, and ensuring regular safety audits.

Your Skills:

• 3-5+ years in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing context.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• An authentic, hands-on leadership manner.
• Experience with mechanical and technical operations.
• Passionate about problem-solving and perpetual enhancement.
• Adept at communicating clearly with all organizational levels.
• Skilled in Lean manufacturing techniques and best operational practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effectively manage time, organizations, and relationships.
• Possession of a trade diploma, associate degree, or similar experience (a bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not critical).

Desirable Additional Skills:

• Experience with ADP for timekeeping and payroll functions.
• Familiarity with ERP or other manufacturing software systems.
