Job Description

Title: Custodian//Maintenance Associate

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Miami, FL

Pay rate: $21 per hour on w2

Requirements:

Previous field maintenance experience is desired.

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Performed deep cleaning of job sites before, during, and after carpet installation.
Swept, mopped, and vacuumed floors to keep work areas spotless.
Removed old flooring materials and ensured surfaces were debris-free.
Collected and safely disposed of trash, dust, and construction waste.
Sanitized tools, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces daily.
Maintained a safe, organized, and hazard-free workspace for team members.
Assisted with basic carpet installation tasks while ensuring cleanliness standards were met.
