We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team, working primarily in the areas of probate, estate planning and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Assemble, organize and manage client files
• Investigate facts relative to pleadings, etc.
• Monitor deadlines and manage calendar for multiple cases
• Communicate with clients regularly
• Maintain working knowledge of statutory law
• Conduct research into case law

​Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
