A reputable and fast-growing business litigation firm in Miami is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or recent law school graduate with a strong academic background who is eager to gain hands-on experience in complex commercial litigation. No prior legal experience is required—just a strong work ethic, excellent writing skills, and a passion for litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Assist with case strategy development and preparation of legal arguments

• Support senior attorneys with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Review and analyze contracts, business records, and other case-related documents

• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner

• Attend court hearings and proceedings as needed

• Manage deadlines and case files in accordance with firm procedures

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Florida Bar (or pending results with intent to be admitted)

• Strong legal writing and research skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Interest in developing a career in business and commercial litigation

• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
