A reputable and fast-growing business litigation firm in Miami is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or recent law school graduate with a strong academic background who is eager to gain hands-on experience in complex commercial litigation. No prior legal experience is required—just a strong work ethic, excellent writing skills, and a passion for litigation.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery

Assist with case strategy development and preparation of legal arguments

Support senior attorneys with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Review and analyze contracts, business records, and other case-related documents

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner

Attend court hearings and proceedings as needed

Manage deadlines and case files in accordance with firm procedures
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar (or pending results with intent to be admitted)

Strong legal writing and research skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach
