Job Description for Entry-Level Plumbers
We’re seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Plumbers to join our team. As a new plumber, you’ll learn the trade from the ground up, working alongside experienced plumbers on projects ranging from new residential homes, custom homes, as well as commercial jobs like grocery/auto parts stores, hospitality, and retail. This is a great opportunity to enter the industry, gain valuable skills, and grow with a supportive company. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems (water, drainage, gas lines).
• Learn to use tools and equipment safely under the guidance of licensed plumbers.
• Support tasks like pipe fitting, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and local plumbing codes.
• Provide excellent customer service during residential and commercial jobs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• No experience required – we’ll train you!
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
• Interest in a long-term career in plumbing.
Work Hours & Benefits:

Job Description for Install Plumber
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumber. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial plumbing. As an Install Plumber, you’ll work hand in hand with a lead to help complete plumbing systems on new construction and remodel projects. You should be familiar with piping layouts, fixture installation, and rough-in procedures. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to get the job done right, on time, and to spec.

Job Description for Lead Plumber
We are seeking a Lead Plumber with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee plumbing projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate must be experienced in all phases of residential and commercial plumbing — from layout and rough-in to top-out and trim.
Qualifications for Lead Plumber
5+ years of plumbing experience (with at least 2 years in a lead or foreman role preferred)
\t•\tProficient in all phases of plumbing — underground, top-out, and trim
\t•\tStrong knowledge of Florida Building and Plumbing Code
\t•\tAbility to lead and manage a small crew on-site
\t•\tSkilled in reading and understanding blueprints
\t•\tValid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
\t•\tMust have own hand tools (larger tools and equipment provided)
\t•\tStrong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
\t•\tReliable transportation and punctuality
Key Responsibilities for Lead Plumber:
• Lead and execute full plumbing installations for new construction homes and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job scopes accurately
• Plan material takeoffs and ensure proper inventory and equipment are on-site
• Perform and oversee underground, rough-in, and top-out phases
• Install water heaters, fixtures, valves, and final trims with precision
• Ensure compliance with the Florida Plumbing Code and pass inspections confidently
• Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal crew
• Mentor and train apprentice or junior plumbers when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Communicate with management about job progress, scheduling, and change orders
