Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement games throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. This hands-on role is ideal for a technically savvy individual who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of arcade games and amusement equipment, including video games, redemption machines, and interactive attractions.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and software updates to ensure optimal operation.

Respond promptly to service calls and minimize machine downtime.

Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts usage.

Collaborate with resort staff and JFH management to coordinate repair schedules and ensure minimal disruption to guest experiences.

Manage on-site inventory and request parts or supplies as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and Walt Disney World operational standards at all times.

Provide excellent customer service and represent JFH Technologies with professionalism on Disney property.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in arcade or electronic equipment repair, technical support, or a related field.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools and software.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Must be able to pass Disney and JFH background checks and adhere to all on-site security protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a theme park or high-traffic entertainment venue.

Knowledge of ticket redemption systems and modern arcade networks.

Technical certifications in electronics or IT systems.
