Position:Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN)
Location:Fort Meade and Surrounding Areas
Shift:Full-Time or Part-Time, 12-Hour Shifts

North Bay Home Healthis a provider of in-home care services specially designed to ensure the needs of our pediatric patients (ranging from infants to young adults) are a priority. We provide assistance to parents/guardians with daily caregiving needs. We focus on ensuring care that mirrors the request set forward by the Pediatrician and the clients Primary Care Provider.NBHHoffers an array of home-based services that assist individuals with full recover or the ability to manage their condition all in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, adhering to physician orders and personalized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored nursing interventions to address patients' needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patients' progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.

License:

Current and active FL or Multistate RN/LPN license (Required)

BLS CPR card (Required) via AHA or ARC

Experience:

Pediatric experience (Preferred)

G-tube, Trach, and Vent experience (nice to have)

At least one year home health experience

Developmentally delayed experience

Schedule:

Shift:Full-time or part-time, 12-hour shifts

Pay Rate

LPN $23-$29/hr. RN $29-$34/hr.
