Spray Technician - Chemical Sprayer | Hood Cleaning

We are seeking hardworking and safety-conscious Spray Technicians to join our commercial hood cleaning team. This role is critical to maintaining fire safety and sanitation standards in commercial kitchens. Technicians will perform high-pressure cleaning of exhaust systems, hoods, ducts, and fans using specialized equipment and degreasers. Must be able to work 9 PM to 4 AM or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled hood and exhaust system cleanings at restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial kitchens
• Safely operate pressure washers, sprayers, and degreasing tools

• Ensure all work meets NFPA 96 fire code and sanitation standards
• Document completed jobs with before-and-after photos and service reports
• Maintain equipment and follow proper chemical handling procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Work overnight shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hood cleaning or pressure washing preferred (training available)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or on ladders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work nights and travel locally as needed
