We’re seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead sourcing and inventory operations for a high-end automotive restoration and service shop specializing in rare and vintage supercars. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on tracking down hard-to-find parts, building global vendor relationships, and keeping shop operations running smoothly without delays.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring authenticity, quality, and efficiency across every restoration project.
What You’ll Do
- Source rare and vintage automotive parts using global suppliers, online marketplaces, and industry networks
- Proactively contact vendors via phone and email to secure hard-to-find components
- Research and onboard new suppliers and reproduction methods
- Manage, organize, and audit parts inventory within the dealer management system (DMS)
- Forecast parts needs and prevent shortages that impact shop productivity
- Lead reproduction initiatives for obsolete or unavailable parts
- Collaborate closely with technicians, shop managers, and leadership on parts planning and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience sourcing automotive parts (vintage, exotic, or specialty preferred)
- Excellent research, organization, and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with vendor negotiation experience
- Familiarity with inventory systems and DMS platforms
- Knowledge of automotive reproduction or custom fabrication methods is a plus
- Passion for classic, vintage, or exotic cars strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 salary, depending on experience
