We are currently seeking Electrical Foremen to join our team! You will be working on commercial construction projects in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities:
● Lead by example and supervise personnel completing electrical commercial building projects
● Delegate tasks, inspect electrical work, and monitor team performance
● Read blueprints, make sure quality standards are met, and handle customer relations
● Adhere to and uphold all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
● At least 5 years of Lead Commercial experience in the Electrical field
● Proficient with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
● Proficient with electrical equipment and hand tools
● Must be able to handle a physical workload
● Must have own tools and reliable transportation
● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
*Pay is based on experience
