Maintenance Supervisor
Southwest Florida Resort Property
If you enjoy stepping into a property and immediately spotting what needs attention before anyone else sees it, this role will feel like home. This resort property is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can own the day-to-day upkeep of the operation, lead a small team, and bring a level of organization that keeps everything running smoothly for guests and staff.
You’ll be the point person overseeing a team of three to four techs during daytime hours, setting the pace and standard for preventative maintenance, repairs, and overall property readiness. This environment moves fast, and the team needs someone who can stay two steps ahead while keeping things structured and consistent.
What You’ll Lead
• Oversee, coach, and schedule a maintenance team of 3–4
• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed on time across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility needs
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Maintain clear documentation, work orders, and inventory tracking
• Partner with leadership on capital improvements and long-term planning
• Hold the team to a high standard of safety, quality, and attention to detail
What You Bring
• HVAC certification required
• Strong organizational habits and a natural focus on detail
• Experience leading a maintenance or facilities team
• Comfort working in a guest-facing hospitality environment
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they become problems
• A steady, reliable leadership style that earns confidence from your team
