A respected legal team is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to assist with overflow caseloads—on-site in Plantation, Florida. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
What You’ll Do:

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategies

Draft and respond to discovery and motions

Prepare demands and negotiate settlements

Work independently with minimal supervision
What You Bring:
-
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice in Florida
-
3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
-
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
-
Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
