Position: Legal Administration
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00 pm
Location: 100% on-site; Miami, FL
Pay: $40k-$45,760.00
Job Description/Requirements:
- Manage scanning, printing, copying, and mailing tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and keeping mail processes organized and timely.
- Maintain and stock copy and printer stations daily, deliver in-office mail and packages every hour, and coordinate with couriers for deliveries.
- Assist with trial and event preparation (copying, binder assembly, conference room setup/cleanup), and provide support for special events, including setup and cleaning.
- Keep the lounge clean and stocked, and maintain office and kitchen supply inventories, ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform copier maintenance, such as troubleshooting, ordering toner and paper, and arranging service calls.
- Provide receptionist coverage and handle other assigned tasks as needed.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years??? experience in customer service, reception, or related roles.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, basic clerical knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability for prolonged physical activity (lifting up to 10 pounds, packing, carrying boxes, cleaning, restocking, event setup/breakdown, standing for extended periods).
- Schedule: Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, but position may require overtime or adjusted hours as needed.
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,760.00 per year
