Litigation Partner / Senior Litigation Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Partner / Senior Litigation Attorney to join a growing law firm known for its dynamic practice and collaborative culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience who is ready to take on a busy docket and contribute to high-stakes matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Manage cases efficiently while mentoring junior attorneys and support staff
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategy
• Build and maintain client relationships; a book of business is preferred but not required

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 6 + years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, or related matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused demeanor
