Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
Duties:
- Checking deals for accuracy
- Posting deals into CDK
- Maintaining related schedules
- Maintaining spreadsheet logs
- Reporting TWS contacts
- Cancellation of FI policies
- Reporting factory rebates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
