Position: ALLIED-Interventional Radiology Technologist/Special Procedures (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with medical team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

  • Stay updated with the latest radiology techniques and technologies.

  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.

  • Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve procedural efficiency.

  • Document and report procedural details and patient information accurately.

  • Analyze and interpret radiological data to assist in diagnosis.

  • Participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals.

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technologists.

  • Monitor and manage inventory of radiology supplies.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proficiency in performing interventional radiology procedures with adherence to safety protocols.
