We're hiring a Junior Site Superintendent to support and help manage high-end residential construction projects, including renovations and ground-up builds. In this role, you'll work directly under a Senior Site Superintendent to help coordinate trades, maintain site safety, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of field experience who is ready to take the next step into site leadership.
What You'll Do:
Field Coordination & Oversight

Assist with daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and crews

Help enforce job site cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols

Monitor progress and help keep work aligned with project schedule

Participate in daily walkthroughs and site meetings
Documentation & Quality Control

Maintain accurate daily logs and site documentation
-
Review plans, drawings, and specifications; flag discrepancies

Help perform quality checks to ensure workmanship meets high standards

Support punch list tracking and closeout preparation
Project Communication

Coordinate with Senior Superintendent and Project Manager on scheduling and site updates

Communicate clearly with subcontractors and field personnel

Assist with resolving site issues quickly and professionally

Represent the company on-site with clients, architects, and designers when needed
Job Site Management

Help maintain proper signage, emergency contacts, and safety equipment

Ensure completed work is protected from damage

Keep the field office organized and stocked

Support a positive, professional work environment on-site
What We're Looking For:
-
10 years of experience in residential construction
-
5 years of experience as a site superintendent
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
-
Familiarity with managing subcontractors and construction schedules
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

OSHA-30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
