This is an entry-level position within the organization where candidates will begin in the Rack area. The primary responsibility is loading large paper rolls onto the production machine and ensuring smooth operation. Candidates must be mechanically inclined to handle any jams and will use an overhead crane to move heavy rolls. The role requires standing for 8 to 10 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Load large paper rolls onto the production machine.
- Ensure the production machine operates correctly and handle jams.
- Use overhead crane to move heavy paper rolls.
- Stand on feet for 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Maintain machine operation without downtime.
Essential Skills
- Experience in assembly, machine operation, and packaging line.
- Ability to use hand tools and tape measures.
- Knowledge of general production and machine operating.
- Experience in a production line environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ideally, 2 years of production experience or related experience in warehouse or construction.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in auto mechanics or related fields is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled but well ventilated, ensuring it does not feel too hot or cold. The dress code allows for shorts and t-shirts, but nothing baggy. Steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required. The shift is from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Employees will receive a two-week notice for Saturday work and must arrive 30 minutes early on the first day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
