About the Complete Home Therapy Rehabilitation & Wellness Center


The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is an extension of Complete Home Therapys mission to provide exceptional, one-on-one physical therapy in an environment that puts people first.

Located in North Naples, our boutique outpatient clinic is intentionally designed to feel calm, personal, and focused not busy, chaotic, or overbooked.

Every patient is treated 1-on-1 with a licensed Physical Therapist in a 60 minute dedicated session. We do not double-book. We do not pass patients off to techs. We do not rotate between tables.

While the clinicians schedule is designed to support a steady caseload of up to 8 patients per day, each session is protected time allowing our therapists to stay present, thorough, and aligned with the quality standards we stand for.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy in a calm, professional clinic setting
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Maintain a consistent daily schedule of patients without compromising quality
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term engagement with patients
• Complete documentation thoroughly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming treatment space
• Participate in team collaboration and continued learning
• Support a high standard of care in a boutique environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida PT license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Aligned with a patient-first philosophy

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN W-2 position
• Competitive base salary: $46-$55 per Hour (based on experience)
