We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for ensuring customers see a clean, organized lot, clean restrooms and an overall clean facility. This is a physically demanding position for someone who likes to be on the go and can quickly adapt to different jobs. We want to give customers a good first and last impression. We are looking for someone who likes doing a little bit of everything and enjoys seeing the difference they can make.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and employees by performing normal maintenance on the facility

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, common areas from floors, walls, to ceilings

Report repairs and safety hazards to management

Complete tasks such as minor handyman repairs, cleaning, painting, weed eating etc.

Ability to work independently with excellent time management

Prioritize tasks

Experience in janitorial or custodian roles is helpful.

Attention to detail.

Good communication and a positive attitude.
