Oh My Gloss! is looking for a talented and motivated Hairdresser / Hairstylist to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position, ideal for professionals who are passionate about hair, beauty, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a modern and welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, treatments, and styling.
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Recommend hair care products and services to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology / Hairdresser license (required).
- Previous experience as a hairstylist preferred.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-only compensation (competitive rates).
