We provide training on healthcare billing/collections using multiple software systems to complete tasks.

Position includes entering information into software systems and making collection calls.
Cash Posting and working accounts receivables.

Calling Health care plans to collect unpaid claims. Providing A/R Reports to Agencies.

You must be able to type and use computers, 10 Digit key pads use is useful.
Using Excel and Word is a must.
Bilingual - Primarily English (Read/Write/Speak) and Spanish is helpful.
Fast paced and multitasking is part of the job.

A + to have Medicare Managed Care HMO Home Health billing experience.
Billing from software systems, checking eligibility and OASIS transmissions.
