Como Trabajador General, serás responsable de cargar y descargar materiales que pueden pesar hasta 50 libras, bajo diversas condiciones climáticas. Desempeñarás un papel crucial en el manejo, almacenamiento y preparación de productos de concreto prefabricado. Este puesto implica trabajar al aire libre, operar maquinaria y garantizar un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
Responsabilidades
- Cargar y descargar materiales de hasta 50 libras.
- Manejar, almacenar y preparar productos de concreto prefabricado.
- Operar maquinaria de manera segura y eficiente.
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
- Trabajar al aire libre en todas las condiciones climáticas.
Habilidades Esenciales
- Experiencia en trabajo general y construcción.
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre bajo el sol y realizar levantamiento pesado.
- Dominio del español o habilidades bilingües.
Habilidades Adicionales y Calificaciones
- Experiencia con concreto prefabricado es una ventaja.
- Capacidad para seguir protocolos de seguridad.

Entorno de Trabajo
Este puesto opera en el primer turno, con horario de trabajo de 6:00 AM a 3:30 PM, de lunes a viernes, con posibilidad de trabajar los sábados. El trabajo se realiza al aire libre, lo que requiere adaptabilidad a diversas condiciones climáticas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
