Looking for an experienced Office Receptionist to answer phones, direct calls.
9:00 am - 5pm Monday- Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Mostly 95% answering the phones
Greet visitors with professionalism.
Answer and direct multi-line phone calls for multiple independent attorneys, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Oversee general office supplies inventory
Maintain a high standard of client service, and professionalism.
Detailed oriented, on-time, reliable, courteous
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as office receptionist in a Law Firm preferred
Prior experience working with independent attorneys or within a multi-practice office environment.
Strong multitasking skills, able to manage phones.
Good verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred; but not required.
Proficiency with sending emails.
