What You'll Do:

<li>Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience.</li>
<li>Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.</li>
<li>Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring to the Table:
<ul>
<li>Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.</li>
<li>Certification &amp; Education: 
<ul>
<li>Active CDA, College Coursework in ECE, or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE.</li>
<li>Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience: 2-3 years in a licensed childcare facility.</li>
<li>Training Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Possess CPR and First Aid certification.</li>
<li>Pass a Background Check.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Shift: Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.</li>
