Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the complete school year in a K-12 setting located in Lake Worth, FL. This contract role focuses on providing therapeutic services to students with speech and language needs across all grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
- Experience working with children in a school environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently.
- Knowledge of current speech and language therapy techniques.
Location: Lake Worth, Florida
