Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Per Diem Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available with a concierge pharmacy that delivers medications to patients via courier, typically within the same or next day. This unique pharmacy primarily operates as a closed-door facility, with limited medication pickup options available. Located in Hialeah, FL, this role offers a dynamic environment where you will lead pharmacy operations and work alongside a strong team of pharmacy technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard retail pharmacy duties including verifying prescriptions and counseling patients.
- Open and close the pharmacy securely and efficiently.
- Oversee and support pharmacy technicians throughout the shift.
- Utilize Pioneer Rx software to manage workflow and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and pharmacy policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida pharmacist license required.
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with confidence.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus.
Schedule:
- This Per Diem position requires availability on Fridays, specifically February 6, 13, and 20.
